We have also designed treatments to reduce the impact to the community. We have assessed noise and vibration from transportation systems including aircraft, automobiles, buses, racecars, trains, and ships.

For a Tennessee law firm, we investigated the vibration transmitted from a power plant to nearby homes.

We demonstrated that the vibration in the homes was not caused by vibration through the ground but was caused instead by sound radiated from the power plant.
